Lodge Accommodation

Lodge accommodations for the tournament are based at Lodge Utopia located at the Up Kannabe Ski Field, only a 15-minute walk or 2-minute drive from the Tajima Dome playing fields. Please refer to the map for directions from the Tajima Dome.

Rooms are a mix between western (beds) and Japanese-style tatami rooms (futons), sleeping between 3-8 people per room with the exception of one 12-person tatami room. You do not need to bring bedding, but please bring towels.

Room allocation will be given upon arrival. When possible, teams will be accommodated together; however the committee cannot guarantee room assignments. Rooms are not gender-specific; therefore, it is the responsibility of participants to notify the committee of any problems relating to sharing rooms with members of the opposite sex prior to arrival at the tournament.

Lodging includes a Japanese-style breakfast.

Space is limited, so reservations are based on a first come-first serve basis. The maximum capacity of Lodge Utopia is 80.

Camping

Camping accommodations are based at Kannabe Campsite at the Up Kannabe Ski Field. The campsite is a 7-minute walk from the Tajima Dome and a 7-minute walk to Utopia Lodge.

Please note that unlike the lodge accommodations, camping does not include breakfast. Make sure to bring your own tents, food, and equipment.
